Jimmy in service was great! I gave 4 instead of 5 stars because I had to pay for alignment when my wheel bearings were bad on my 2021 Lexus RX 350. I love Toyota and Lexus and that’s all I’ve ever owned; however, wheel bearings should not go bad on a 2021 vehicle, so I felt the whole service visit should be covered under warranty. This car was built during Covid so maybe that had something to do with faulty parts- not sure. Please feel free to forward these comments to Lexus corporate. Thank you.

I was greeted quickly and then met by Juan with a smile who explained what services would be performed. I had a comfortable seat to wait and that wait was not long. Car was very clean when brought around and I was assured all was in good order.

Jon was really helpful throughout the entire experience. Only negative was that it took a long time to get it all done, the camera system upgrade apparently took a long time as I was told.
