Phillip was amazing. I initially spoke with him on the phone to ask about used vehicles for sale at Nalley Smyrna and we discussed what my husband and I were trying to accomplish in a used car purchase. I explained to Phillip my husband has been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s recently and our need for a medium sized, reliable SUV and trading in my Lexus sedan. We discussed budget, trade in and a few different cars as well as a time to come in. From our initial meeting with Phillip to the end of our purchase, I found him to be kind, gracious and while aware of my husband’s limitations, he included him and asked thoughtful questions. He narrowed down several cars for us to look at while my car was being valued. He helped move the purchase along but was not pushy which was perfect for someone like my husband. We found him to be knowledgeable not only about Lexus vehicles but the others we were considering. We ended up purchasing a used RX 350L that we absolutely love. Xavier, Jacob, Jason, and Han were a pleasure to work with. The only thing I would have done differently was to ask for $1,500 more for my ISC350 trade. That would have meant a lot my wife and I. The LC is beautiful and will provide many days of top down enjoyment.
