Mumford is a great agent. I had a rental car and returned the following day. The service agent who checked me out was non chalant. I do not like that they left my car outside over night.

Joe Williams and Brandon Latimore were an absolute pleasure to work with. We were somewhat concerned about having to use a mouse to perform any function in the car, all while trying to drive. In fact, a salesman at another Lexus dealership told us we would have to use the mouse for almost everything. Joe not only told us that was not the case but showed us how we could bypass it for most functions. Joe and Brandon were very knowledgeable and very helpful. They really went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for in a car. They were very reasonable and transparent in the negotiations. It has been the best car buying experience we've ever had out of the dozen cars we've bough over the years.
