The process of selecting and pricing my newNX was fine, with Cedirc as my salesperson. The paperwork (I paid cash, with a trade in ) takes too much time. My main problem was (1) the screen's pressure to sign up with the Lexus app (something not mentioned in any manual I received); and (2) the Experience Drive Connect screen, also not mentioned in any manual). It took me a good while to get rid of that annoying screen.

Winston and the manager offered a great deal and I made a decision quickly. I like this no bullshxt style deals. No wasting time and just going to the finish line. Will return and hope to make more purchases in the future.
