Easy in with Erick Noj’s help. There were additional items which needed attention that were not previously discussed. He got back to me right away to update me on the additional items that needed my approval. I ok’d the additional service items and we also went over them when I came to pick up the car. Erick is a great service rep.

It was exactly what 5-Star customer should be from a luxury car dealership or anyone whose goals is to entice customers to return but to also show that they appreciate the customer. My service agent was exceptional and I would definitely ask for him again but would also refer others to him. The Nalley Smyrna location is not the closest one to me but because of my experience, I would definitely return again and again.
