It was exactly what 5-Star customer should be from a luxury car dealership or anyone whose goals is to entice customers to return but to also show that they appreciate the customer. My service agent was exceptional and I would definitely ask for him again but would also refer others to him. The Nalley Smyrna location is not the closest one to me but because of my experience, I would definitely return again and again.

I took my Lexus ES 350 to Nalley for an oil and filter change. As always I got excellent service. They check for other needs and informed me of those and gave my car a good wash. Thanks Nalley.
