Overall quality of service was great. I deducted a star because I expected the loaner vehicle to be cleaner than it was. The inside was a little soiled. I've used loaner vehicles at other dealerships which was very clean on the inside.

I recommended NCC to my mom because I had repairs done to one of my vehicles and was very pleased with the prompt service and quality of work performed.
