It was a quick and easy car buying experience

Everyone was helpful and easy to deal with on buying my pre owned Lexus. Matthew was awesome. My only issue would be the process took longer than expected. We came in from TN and were hoping to just sign the docs and be out the door in 2 hours as the deal was already made. It took 3+ hours which put us in a nightmare of Atlanta traffic to get home. But again all the representatives were great and I love my car!

My experience was amazing. Britt was absolutely wonderful to work. From the moment that we walked in until we left. She was very patient with us. She listened to what were looking for in a vehicle and respected our wishes; she was not pushy at all. Britt was very friendly, professional and very kind. El Rico, Shashank, and Rashad all were very instrumental in making the deal work. They all went above and beyond. This dealership is on the most professional that I have seen. They care about their customers.

We had excellent customer service provided by Horace. He promptly reached out to my inquiry and greeted us almost at the door. He was knowledgeable and it was evident he had years of experience selling vehicles. The facility was immaculate.
