I always appreciate the level of customer service at Nalley. One reason I did not rate this as 5 stars is because one of my windshield wipers was not replaced correctly and made for a hazardous situation when I rained. I subsequently had to remedy that. Also, I hear a 'rattle' when the car idles or is in park and I believe that shouldn't occur on a Lexus vehicle. I mentioned it at check in but don't believe it was addressed since it still occurs.

Johnny Anderson provided me with top of the line service. He was patient, understanding and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to assist us with this purchase after 13 years of not purchasing a new vehicle. However, I am very dissatisfied with the financial manager, Larry. After stating an amount and range that I wanted to stay in financially, he increased the amount which increases my monthly payment and had the contract already written up which made me feel pressure to sign something that I was not in agreement with. The deal was for a 6 year warranty and not 10 years. However, the sales guy had already given me a 6 year warranty and I clearly stated I wanted to stay in a particular range. I am not happy that Larry created a contract with a total different warranty which increased my payments. That to me is dishonesty and not being respectful of what I asked for. He added an additional $2000 plus which increased my payments. I didn’t agree for a 10 year warranty. I was given a 6 year warranty yet he chose to put in a 10 year increasing my purchase amount. I am totally unhappy about that and would not recommend him to others. I will recommend Johnny Anderson to others because of his impeccable service but don’t trust the financial department because they will find a way to increase your stated purchase amount with gimmicks. Another problem I had was I was told Lexus gives the first oil change/ maintenance free for the first year or 10,000. I don’t think that’s a good deal at all because Georgia is a very expanded state. A 2 year or 3 year free oil change/maintenance service for such an expected high quality deserts would seem more reasonable. All in all I’m totally satisfied with Johnny but buyer beware of Larry in financial because he will have a contract written for you with additional fees that weren’t discussed with your salesman. Great communication and transparency among colleagues is essential to retain clients. I regret not going to Acura or Mercedes. I would definitely come back only because of Johnny Anderson.
