Wonderful experience service manager Met every need

Service was thorough, complete, and friendly from the time I contacted my service rep until the time I picked up my car. Since it would take more than a few hours to complete my service, I was offered a loaner vehicle, which just happened to be a newer version of my current vehicle. Made me want to stick with Nalley Lexus for my next purchase...and I've already had a chance to see what that vehicle might be! Thanks, Nalley!

I was fully satisfied with my recent repair experience. Joseph,my service manager, was personable,clear and efficient, and the service did not an inordinate amount of time. The problem was fully fixed.

Overall, a good experience with the scheduling of first oil change. However, I inquired about an apparent defect paint defect on the grill & was told I would receive a call back regarding coverage. To this day I have not received any correspondence.

My service advisor is the only reason I come for my car maintenance. She is terrific!!
