Adam did a great job checking my car in the night before. Juan followed up timely the next day. Then there was Adam at the end of the day, who checked me out in the evening. Both consultants did a great job. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

Nalley Lexus Smyrna exceeded my expectations! This was the first service for my new car that I bought over the summer. Erick and team greeted me when I drove up, quickly got me checked in and let me know exactly what work was being performed and how long I should expect it to take. It was really busy because it was a Saturday so I assumed it would take longer but sure enough I received a phone call from Erick letting me know it was ready exactly when he said. This place is clean with plenty of spots to sit and wait and it even has a coffee and refreshments bar! Take your car here and it will be well looked after.
