He was patient and did not rush me to complete a deal until I was ready. Cedric is an asset to your company. I also met with the technology specialist, Jimmy King, the day after I bought my RX350. He was very knowledgeable about everything on/in the vehicle. He was also very patient and answered all my questions. I am a 78 year woman who had lots of questions so believe me when I tell you that he explained everything and demonstrated the "how to" in ways that my 10 year old grandson would have understood.
