Philip met us at the door on our initial visit, and with no pressure, he assessed our needs and presented options. He was the ultimate professional, staying in touch with us over the week-long process. He was understanding when I expressed my concerns and offered further options to resolve my issues. Cedric Wilcoxson was our sales consultant. It was a joy to work with him. He did not pressure me and went out of his way to ensure that I was purchasing the vehicle that I truly wanted and that I was satisfied with the price. He was patient and did not rush me to complete a deal until I was ready. Cedric is an asset to your company. I also met with the technology specialist, Jimmy King, the day after I bought my RX350. He was very knowledgeable about everything on/in the vehicle. He was also very patient and answered all my questions. I am a 78 year woman who had lots of questions so believe me when I tell you that he explained everything and demonstrated the "how to" in ways that my 10 year old grandson would have understood. Overall, my visit to Nalley Lexus Smyrna was very enjoyable.
