The service person whom I’d worked with previously was no longer with Nalley, so I simply got a new one with the same first name. I couldn’t have picked a better one. He took great care of replacing a tire still under road hazard protection - and they still washed my car. Great service and mich appreciated.

Service was done but now I find out I have a back up light that isn’t working. I will attempt to replace that bulb on my own when I am back in town. First time I have been disappointed w Lexus service☹️
