Juan is a great advisor. He’s a good communicator and does what he can to make the service expenses as affordable as possible. Except for the wait time, this last visit went well. I arrived at 7am to replace two tires and waited more than 3 hours (after being told I’d wait for 1 hour) for my car to be finished.

We drove from Alabama to purchase a vehicle from another dealership( Nalley Acura) but when we arrived the staff was not friendly and we waited over 45 minutes for service after calling ahead and making an appointment. So we decided to leave and drive to the Lexus Dealership and upon arriving we had a great experience and got a great deal on the vehicle.
