I am extremely pleased with my purchase and experience with Nalley in Smyrna, Ga. I did not receive a "hard sell", but rather found my salesman to be accommodating (within reason). I found all personal friendly and knowledgeable . I am a repeat buyer of Lexus automobiles because you simply can not beat the quality. Every vehicle I have owned from Lexus has lasted me for years and I only purchase again to get the upgrades in a newer vehicle. Overall my experience was 5 star

We drove from Alabama to purchase a vehicle from another dealership( Nalley Acura) but when we arrived the staff was not friendly and we waited over 45 minutes for service after calling ahead and making an appointment. So we decided to leave and drive to the Lexus Dealership and upon arriving we had a great experience and got a great deal on the vehicle. The salesman was very professional and friendly which made a big difference and a major impact on our decision in purchasing a vehicle from your dealership.
