First I absolutely love my consultant, Cody. He is fabulous and helpful and kind. On his abscense when I picked up my car your team dropped the ball as I sat and waited for almost 20 minutes. I reached out to Jennifer who was very helpful. My only concern is you don’t make it comfortable to come in if your personal consultant is unavailable.

I went in for an oil change and Lexus dropped me off at my job, washed my car, and even topped off my gas in addition to the service. I really appreciate how much extra comes with going to them for routine maintenance. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that they include vacuuming the interior of the car as a part of the $90 oil change, but it never seems to be really done. I'd also not want to wait around for them to do come back and do it so I go on with my day.
