I was greeted very warmly by the receptionist, then again by a sales manager who directed me to Taylor’s office. Taylor was thorough, professional & extremely helpful with all of my questions. The process was totally easy. The business manager, Demond, was also thorough in explaining everything and I truly enjoyed speaking with him! Mr. Cedric in parts was SO kind to help me with buying accessories, & he also had knowledge about my car that really eased my mind about keeping it for the long term. Before I left, I noticed the guys tinting another guest’s new vehicle & spoke with them about their services. Literally EVERYONE I spoke with or encountered in the halls were kind, professional, welcoming and just made me feel special which is so appreciated! I probably bought the cheapest car on the lot and yet, I was treated like someone who was spending way, way more. That has left a considerable impression on me. This is my first ever Lexus and I am certain I will upgrade and come to your dealership to find my next one! Thank you for showing me such kindness & professionalism!
