Brian was most helpful in teaching me out to use many features available on my 2017 RX350 that I had not used, but would be helpful on an up coming road trip. Also your Service Dept. was very efficient.

Very pleased! However,I inadvertently left a package in backseat of loaner. I called service and explained and she said she would check and get back to me but never did. Not much time lapse between my leaving and call with my request.

Service was really excellent. The service of the vehicle was completed sooner than expected. The service advisor was also, as always, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

.the service employees were very solicitous and concerned about my needs and wants. I was very disappointed in the information given regarding the amount of time necessary to perform my service. I was initially advised when I set up the appointment that the service would take 1 to 1/2 hours. You can imagine my disappointment when I was told upon arrival it was going to take 2 to 2 1/2 hours. The actual time it took was 3 1/2 hours. My whole day wasted.

The service we receive when taking our car in for servicing has always been excellent. For this reason. We continue to drive Lexuses.
