Excellent Service by Clayton, Clarence, Justin, etc!

I moved all of my business, (including purchasing two new cars in the last 14 months, an ES350 and an IS250T with another coming up first part of next year as the lease on our GX 460 comes due), from Nalley Roswell to Nalley Galleria. The primary reason was how bad the service department was at Nalley Roswell. I find the Nalley Galleria service group to be professional and really concerned to take care of all our service needs while listening to our concerns when we bring them up. Joseph has been great.

My only complaint is they recommended I get new tires which I don’t need. Jimmy Leung was readily available and answered all my questions. I loved the loaner RX350.

My experience was awesome, the advisor was very respectful, knowledgeable of the service I needed, and took the time to explain the service that was performed, as well as informed me of the service recommendation. The wait was not long, and the technician did an excellent job. I will definitely be back.
