Smooth sailing …

Began negotiating on the phone with Kirk and we were able to get close after a couple of offers and counter offers. This was important as I live approximately one hour away. After I drove to the dealership Kirk met me right away and we completed our final numbers fairly quickly. The vehicle I purchased was as advertised and I am happy with it.

Andre Taylor is EXCEPTIONAL! His service was worth using as training for all new sales advisors. First, he volunteered to assist me when I walked into the dealership even though he was waiting for a customer to return. He listened to my needs and desires and sold me the vehicle I wanted. He proceeded expeditiously with completing the sale and he made the purchase seamless. I would ask for him for any future Lexus purchase. BTW I'm a die hard Lexus owner!!

The moment I talked to Taylor about the vehicle I wanted he was eager to help. My GX had just arrived and wasn’t even prepped yet. I asked him if it was possible to take some picks or video and he did. When you ask Taylor and Manager Jason Brown that react and get things moving. I had a long sale and they were so pleasant and helpful throughout the sale. Great experience

My experience at Nalley Lexus Smyrna was wonderful ! Everyone was extreming nice and professional. I came to Smyrna from Pelham Al. All the dealerships in Al. Just seemed not interested in helping me find the vehicle I wanted . I am so thankful for the folks at Nalley , especially Garrett and Brayden ( Taco ) I feel like I have made a friend for life!

From negotiating a price to attentive and friendly service once we arrived-this was a really good experience. Brian -the salesperson and Jason the internet manager were so helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make us happy and leave with the car we wanted at the best price we found anywhere in the area. Even the finance department was easy to work with - no pressure at this dealership at all. We would definitely send our friends to Nalley!
