Nalley Smyrna is always amazing and gives wonderful services both in the service department and on the floor. It had been an amazing experience compared to the Lexus dealership in Fort Wayne, IN. Nalley should allow managers to visit the location so more stores can be just as amazing - Isaac W

Jennifer always takes great care of me.

Clayton Norris is awesome! Great customer service and my car runs smooth as always. Thank you so much!!

Easy, fast, and they have a great waiting area, convenient shuttles and everything you could want. I don't know why I didn't buy a Lexus sooner.

Excellent service customer and great service provided as always!!

Although it was a busy Saturday, my service advisor didn't keep me waiting and he's always super nice. I also didn't have to wait as long as I thought for the service to be completed

Love these guys! Always do great work for a reasonable price.

My experience at Lexus was very professional everything was done with the upmost knowledgeably and intelligence of the consultant tended it to me.
