I scheduled an appt. I arrived early. I got my loner. I was notified of completion of service. I returned and retrieved my car. My service advisor was outstanding as usual.

My experience here are all very positive. Administrative, Technical and Mechanical engineers are all very positive and easy to Deal with. I never go ANYWHERE else for service on my automobiles.

I have a 2013 LS 460 which have 90000 miles currently. I brought it into the shop to have the brake fluid flushed and replaced and to also have the radiator coolant flushed and replaced. Thanks to the technician who assess my vehicle it was determined that I had a leaking cooling plate. I appreciate my service advisor Dwayne for bringing it to my attention and having my car repaired and back to me expeditiously. Nalley kudos to your service department...
