Winston Peters was awesome with helping me purchase my car! He made sure it was everything I wanted. I love my Lexus and I would buy another on from Winston! He was very good from beginning til the end. And the financial manger was good to , he made I had the monthly payment I wanted!

The service to my car was fine, but the pick up experience was very poor. My service man had left for the day, but apparently no one realized that and when I arrived I was told simply to seek him. I did that for a while — went out three times to the driveway area and asked if anyone had seen him, and one man did offer to page him. I actually did call his cell phone, and I sat in the chair outside his office for nearly 30 minutes. At one point they woman came into his office and opened the drawer and got out the key which gave her access to the box of the keys of others peoples’ automobiles I inquired of her as to how to get my car as I could not find my service man, and she immediately helped me and took me to someone else who could check me out. He was fine, but most of his conversation was with her and how he was not planning to close for the day because he had already closed three times that week and he was not going to do it again. I’m sorry my pick-up experience was so poor, but my service man has called me and I do know that he realizes it and I’m sure that he will see to it that other people will do a better job in the future.
