My recent experience at Nalley's was quite pleasurable. The services rendered and the method by which my attendant handeled the case displayed a high level of professionalism. The timing, communication/ follow up, and standards were of the quality which a Lexus owner would expect and appreciate.

After spending time at another dealership helping son with used car Purchase have even more appreciation for Nalley Lexus. It’s always clean and everyone is friendly. I love the quiet area where I always get work done while waiting. Service rep was fantastic. Kept me updated on time because I had to be somewhere later that day. He answered service questions, was friendly and understanding. My only hope is he will still be there when I return for next service.

I had a dead battery so had an emergency service visit. My day got even worse as I pulled into the service lane and somehow managed to sideswipe the yellow post, leaving a nice swath of yellow paint all the way down the side of my car. Not only did you replace my battery in under an hour, you also removed every bit of the yellow paint from my car! Needless to say, I’m a huge fan!
