Karl Magnusson and Joel were very helpful in selecting my 5th White ES350 Lexus. I was able to take my time looking at what was available in the showroom and outside. Everyone that works at Nalley Lexus is very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and kind which makes my experience very comfortable.

I was greeted promptly and professionally upon arrival. My advisor was also courteous. The lounge areas were nice and comfortable.

David provided excellent, quick service He went above and beyond in resolving an issue for me.

Excellent service with polite professionalism.

Service was great. Carexterior was washed but interior was not cleaned.

A pleasant experience for a car maintenance. NO SNACKS or food like last time.

Professional and friendly employees. I really like how Lexus treats their customers. Service is superb at this dealership.

I had the 30,000 mile service done on my Lexus ES350. It was done in the time frame promised. Joseph did a great job explaining everything.

Excellent service.
