It was ok

MACIO was very spot on and knowledgeable.

Jiimmy the service rep was very responsive. Horace in sales was excellent as usual; we’re considering a new or used vehicle.

The service is excellent. Each employee that I had interactions with, were very helpful. I had and oil change and my brake pads replaced. Nalley allowed me to use a loaner vehicle for the day. The loaner car was so nice. My car was returned to me with new brake pads, oil change and washed. I am very pleased.

Janell Stapleton was just outstanding

I am appreciative that Nalley has a comfortable area to wait while my vehicle is serviced. All associates are friendly and helpful.

Accommodating and thorough 👍🏻
