Sales experience was fine. There are things on my car that do not seem to work like they should but am told it is ok? Your salesperson turnover seems excessive? Your complimentary snack bar isn't what it used to be and is not comparable to RBM Mercedes. Hope this helps you to improve since I do like Lexus products and so do my friends.

Really pleased with quick diagnosis of flat tire and my brakes. I was given a replacement car and was able to run errands as needed before picking up my car.

Service completed within timeframe promised. Car was returned clean. Service Rep, Juan, was professional & integrous about repairs needed. My only concern is with the Inspection Report. The report noted a costly repair for approval; I declined the service. Upon speaking with Juan at checkout, he told me that the issue was small & would be monitored with future maintenance.
