Horrible service. Had to take my vehicle to another dealership to fix my car due to there service. The service manager is very rude and doesn't care for his customers.

Two Issues: 1 - I was not able to see my invoice or work scope till I got home and read my emailed invoice. What bothered me was the invoice stated that the oil used on the vehicle was 5W30. The manufacturer calls for 0W20, I have always purchased Full Synthetic Oil at the dealership for oil changes, but this one time the dealer who is the manufacturer representative and should know better replaced the oil with the NOT Recommended Oil. This is not acceptable and needs to be rectified immediately. 2 - There was no sticker indicating my next oil change placed in the vehicle or given to myself to install on the windshield. The old sticker was there and it was not repalced. I have been bringing my three toyotas to Nalley Toyota since 2017, this is the first time I felt the dealer did not do their due diligience and did not abide by the manufacturer's recommendation. I now need this matter resolved immediately and the oil replaced to comply with manufacturer's recommended oil type.

I recently purchased a new Toyota from Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Although I initially experienced a few misunderstandings with the salesperson, Brandyn Clark truly turned the situation around and made the entire experience pleasant and positive. He was very attentive to my needs, handled all issues with great professionalism and fairness, offered helpful suggestions about additional warranty options, and guided me through the financial process efficiently. Thanks to his support, everything went quickly and smoothly.

Our 151-Mile journey was well worth the experience!After repeatedly disappointing service experiences in our local area, specifically in Scotsboro, AL, we decided to look elsewhere when purchasing a new car. We broadened our search to include a 200-mile radius, which led us 151 miles and a 2.5-hour drive(one-way) away to Nalley Toyota of Roswell. Let me just say, the level of professionalism, transparency, communication, and overall experience we received was far beyond what I could have ever hoped or imagined! We arrived at the dealership ready to pull the trigger on the gorgeous Toyota Camry XLE or XSE. We were immediately greeted by True Green, who was patient, hilarious, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He made us feel welcome and entirely at ease.After test driving the classy XLE, we headed inside to check out the sporty heavy metal/midnight black XSE. We didn’t quite make it through the door when I spotted the STUNNING 2026 Toyota Crown. It was too gorgeous not to stop and look at! True (and my husband) knew instantly that the Camrys were a figment of the past. The moment I sat down in the Crown, it felt like THE car—my car.Once we transitioned from the test drive to purchasing, we were joined by Dennis Suber. He and True helped us navigate through general Q&A with incredible clarity. Never once did they pressure us or push us for a decision. Their focus remained entirely on ensuring we had all the information we needed to feel comfortable.Finally, we reached the pivotal point: meeting with the finance team. They masterfully crafted a contract that fit our exact need AND meticulously covered every detail, answered numerous questions, and handled the process with genuine understanding and patience. IThe combined effort of True Green, Dennis Suber, and the Finance Team made the purchasing experience fun, exceptional, and entirely stress-free. It was MORE than worth the 151 miles and 2.5-hour drive!Hands down the most incredible car buying experience to date!

I came in looking at the RAV4 , had a great experience with Lauren King. She was never pushy and was so pleasant to deal with. Ended up purchasing and then had a great experience with with our finance manager, Brandyn Clark. I would do it all over again!
