Derrick took care of me via phone helping identify a vehicle to look at with multiple timely follow up calls. JV took care of me once I was onsite and helped me get a solid deal that I could not resist. JV also came in on a Sunday (off day) to close the deal based upon my travel schedule.

I called late afternoon to tell service Imeas waiting for my car to be towed, and it would be after hours. I talked to Naj and she was explained to me how to drop off after hours and to put her name on the envelope. My car was checked in early the next morning.
