My experience at Nalley was extremely pleasant! Kyle Lester and Jason Cruz provided me with excellent service and helped me find the Tacoma I was looking for at an affordable price range. The finance department also made very easy to finalize the paperwork and provide me with extra service for my vehicle which will cover all maintenance for the next 4 years. Overall I'm very happy with purchase and I'm really grateful for Kyle and Jason in helping me get the Tacoma I wanted. A+ service!!

The main reason I bought a vehicle from y’all is because of Annett. She was very helpful in my dealings with the dealership. I was not happy with the sales manager I spoke to at the time. I did not try to haggle with price of the vehicle at all. The only thing I asked for was to remove resistall and they refused. They would not sell me the car without it. They literally would have let me walk out the door if I didn’t have it in the vehicle. I had another deal lined up with the same vehicle at another dealer with no issues taking resistall off. I almost walked away but I wanted to give my business to Annett. She saved y’all.

It was easy to schedule my appointment on line. Work was done quickly, and I got a text when it was completed. Service advisor was very nice, professional attitude.
