My experience was good but I requested for 2 light bulbs to be replaced on the fwd driver’s headlight first response was the mech did not check the front headlight 2nd response from the mech that these lights can be changed by the customer. The service rep volunteered to change them for me I declined the offer from the service rep and brought the bulbs at your parts department for me to change out

I was a walk-in customer late on a Saturday. I had received notice I was overdue for service. It turned out I had not driven enough to need any service. I asked them to check it out anyway since I had been having occasional problems starting my 2013 Prius. They found I had a bad 12v battery. It was the original from 9 years ago! It cost a couple hundred to replace it but I can't complain if it lasts 9 years. The service advisor showed me the test results.
