Was able to make an appointment on the phone while on my way to the dealership for an oil service. Jimmy Snyder has been my advisor for many years. He was at lunch when I arrived and was helped by His office mate, Mathew Thompson. Mathew treated me with the same courteous and professional attitude that I’ve come anticipate from Jimmy. Great experience and I sincerely appreciate having my old Lexus serviced at Toyota rates.

The appointment was quick and well done, but there is a disconnect between the scheduling department and the service advisors - specifically, I was called and encouraged to schedule an appointment, but when I arrived, I was advised that neither tires nor oil were due for service. So, only fluid top off and washing were performed.

Matt Thomsen and Jimmy Snyder have serviced my wife’s car and my own every time we have come in. They are consistently excellent, informative, and helpful.
