Francine is the best!

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new car from Nalley toyota. It all began with the excellent assistance Annette gave us when we just walked in one afternoon.She listen to us, answered our questions and gave us alot of good information. We immediately knew she was who we wanted to do business with her. She was very knowledgeable about the cars that we were asking about and her follow up was perfect.

I went in for a front brake job and oil change. Ended up getting a new battery at the encouragement of service staff. The time estimate given was reasonable at 2 hrs. Greasy residue on my steering wheel after I got the car back.
