Our sales person Annette Wiggins was excellent and helpful. At the end of the sale we were put with Josh who finalized all the paper work on our purchase. We were not happy with his last minute sale and push for an extended warranty. This should have been discussed with us long before. Took too much time.

My husband and I were traveling home from vacationing in Florida. We started to have serious problems with a front wheel bearing. Nalley Toyota got us in at 5:40 pm on Thursday and Janet got us fixed up with a loaner for the night. A diagnostic was sent to us before 8 AM. The technician fixed the wheel bearing and another issue and we were back on the road by 1 PM. Janet was so kind and an excellent person to work with! Thank you Janet, technicians, and Nalley Toyota! You are the BEST!

I was very pleased with the thoroughness that your service tech, David Ramos gave me. He explained everything and was able to provide me with auto while my car was being repaired. I will be depending on his help with any future problems i have.
