Francine is the best.. had two experiences with her this week and she was pleasant, thorough and, unlike other service advisors, didn’t ignore me when service took longer than expected. She worked with the tech to see what was going on, constantly communicating with me. I felt that she cared about getting me out quickly. I have often felt ignored by other SAs. She is a delight to talk to. I will insist on working with Francine again.
