Another a Toyota dealership is much closer to my home, but I’d rather drive an extra 20 minutes to get even an oil change at a Nalley Toyota. Great employees, excellent communication, comfortable waiting area. Truly the best.

David Ramos is great and had me in and out for my service. David deserves a raise. My only complaint is I called the day before my service to get a tire quote so I could get new tires with the service. A female answered and told me she would call me back. Nobody ever called me back and this is not the first time I haven’t received a call back from Nalley regarding quotes. BTW my tires run $500 each so why Toyota doesn’t want to add a 2k tire job to the books is confusing to me.

We had a 60 mile service done and it was very thorough and relatively speedy. Representative was very knowledgeable and understanding us wanting to wait a few more weeks got tires and windshield wipers.

Great service, people always looking out for you there. Taylor McDonald is always helpful and looks out for me whenever I stop by whether he is in charge of my car or not. I always go back there when I need any service done for a reason, fair prices and customer service are two big reasons why. Don’t feel like they pressure you into unnecessary fixes.

Everything is done very well and I wish there was the TV because I had forgotten my phone so I have something to do something to do while I waited everybody was very courteous I thought the service was a little expensive expensive and I wasn't shown any bad parts that you replaced and I usually asked to see them and I didn't do that. But I had the oil changed in Illinois and it wasn't 10000 miles just that it pops up early on my screen but but they told me my brakes were at 50% percent and you told me they were only good for maybe another week so I had them changed I would next next time like to be shown the bad parts I think I didn't bad everything was very very nicely done and like I said everybody was very courteous and thoughtful and phone place was very clean and it was run very organized very business like also so it can also so I was I was pleased with the service

They were very fast with the diagnosis of the problem and fixing it while I waited.
