purchased a 2022 RAV4 premium. only downside is having to wait for delivery.

I was treated well by every one in the dealership, from Linda the receptionist to everyone else. Nice feeling.

Overall the appointment went well. Friendly staff and detailed work up on things that needed to get done. Only downside was the the time it took to complete the service. I had an appointment scheduled but did not anticipate the 2.5 hour wait.

Great experience! Efficient and well explained. I also loved that I got a heads up on pricing right away, as well as what my next appointment might cost. It helps me to know they consider how I would budget for that! Will definitely be back!

Reid was great! Did not give me false expectations of when it will be done, even tho the job finished faster than I expected it. He also kept my car in the condition I left him with. Of course that the mechanic also play a part. Nonetheless, I will keep going to bring my cars to service here as long as they keep the great job at keeping customer's cars as promised.
