I was incredibly impressed with Francine and all she did to help with my insurance claim. I needed my windshield replaced due to a crack from an 18-wheeler spitting gravel on the highway and she made certain everything was handled, and stayed on top of every detail until all was perfect. When she was called away due to a family emergency, Tayler stepped in and also gave excellent service and attention to my appointment. Overall it took 2-3 hours to get the servicing done for my Sienna. I was explained that serving after 30k needs some additional things to be done. Car was serviced but not washed, seems need to be explicitly told to be washed.
