I've been taking my car to nalley toyota since 2020. I have been experienced the most professionalism and honesty by this dealership. My service consultant, Mr. David Ramos is one of the best professional gentleman and human i've known. I recommend strongly this trustworthy dealership indeed.

Phillip Roth is the man who helped me with my car. My car kept turning off by itself and I was in many very dangerous places when this happened with my baby in the backseat. As soon as I pulled into the service center, Mr. Roth greeted me and listened to my concerns. Immediately he tells me my car is out of oil. I was in shock because I had my oil changed not too long ago as well as the brakes, and the maintenance required light had been reset. Turns out, the oil never got changed and my car was not too happy with me. Mr. Roth was so kind and caring. If I could give him a 10/10 🌟, I would! Thank you for all the help, compassion, and concern.
