The service department was absolutely phenomenal! Christian Osberg was such a great person to work with because he kept me updated the whole way and made sure I was taken care of. My tundra started leaking oil before a work trip and he not only got it in the shop same day, but he gave me a brand new loaner car until it was fixed. I don’t live nearby to the Roswell dealership, but they’ve just won my future service for a long long time. By far the best service department in all of North Georgia!

Was greeted by a service tech who took and Key and took me my service rep, Jimmy. Jimmy got my info and I was able to sit down and wait. Got a welcome text and read my book. Jimmy notified me within an hour that my car was ready. They rotated the tires, cleaned my van, and said my oil change wasn’t due for another 5000 miles. Veery pleased with service.
