It was a good experience. The additional maintenance and replacement items adding to the cost was a disappointment but I suppose these things needed to be done.

From the person that greeted me when I pulled into the service bay, to the person that noticed I had been waiting a bit of time at the service desk, to my service representative, every single employee I encountered that day was extremely nice and accommodating. Everyone was wearing a mask, which helped me feel they cared about customer safety. I also found the link I was texted with the details of my maintenance checklist results SUPER COOL.
