Hello, While as always the service is very good at this dealer, My vehicle came out without a tow cap, The little rubber insert with the toyota emblem. I noticed it was missing when I got home. Any ideas?

Toyota Roswell service staff do not treat me like "a customer without automotive knowledge". They treat me just as a customer. They have been professional & attentive to detail as long as I can remember!

Taylor provided friendly, professional service. My front-end alignment is much better, and they even washed my car. It's hard to provide "customer delight" these days, but they pulled it off.
