David Ramos is the man. We called Mon morning (MLK Day late open) just to check if the service dept might be open since both our cars needed service. David said we could bring our cars by in the a.m. and we'd be in line first thing at 12. Offered us an loaner car as well which was helpful. He took care of reducing the price of alignment for both our cars and discounted the Pcv valve replacement for my wife's car. Took care of a factory recall for my truck as well. Talked about tires for my truck and will definitely be back to see David when I buy my tires. Thanks again!
