Service advisor and service were excellent. However, the car was delivered without the spare tire cover. The service advisor was able to find it in the car wash area and put it back on the tire. You might suggest that the car wash employees keep an eye out for items like this.

I love going to Toyota because they don’t pressure you to do anything to your car that you aren’t ready to do! It’s really easy how it’s done through text and I can quickly yay or nay services.

This was my second visit since I purchased my car. This time Polite service rep, completed service within an hour. Everything just fine. My first service trip was not pleasant. Had made an appointment, arrived 5 minutes early, but my car did not go back for service until after I’d waited an hour.

I was texted a service update on additional service related issues and I approved the request. AWESOME. I wished the vehicle would have been run through the car wash after service.
