Thought I had a sensor problem but it turned out that things were not as they seemed. Everything checked out to be okay. As always, my service rep was outstanding.

It was quick in and out, no issues there. The thing I was concerned about was the tires were overinflated to 42psi, all 4, when the sticker is to inflate to 36, so if the simple fact like this is missed or neglected to be 100% accurate, how can I be certain other things were done 100% to specifications. So that needs yo be addressed. Thank you

The service I experienced at Nalley Toyota Roswell was an absolute five star rating ! Dave Ramos knew my concerns and followed through with having the mechanic pinpoint the issue. I was kept informed of their observations and given choices for the path to a fix. The repair resulted in a minor situation than what I had feared! Great teamwork at Nalley!! A team you can trust!

Everyone I encounter is very professional and nice. Unfortunately I have spent a lot of money there recently (new tire, brakes, other engine stuff, etc.) but Reid has been able to work with me with the costs. The gentleman in Parts has also been very helpful and friendly. I love Nalley Toyota.
