As always, everything was great. The only disappointment was the next day I saw that my wheel is broken off and was not told at time of visit. I called the next day and I believe it was Tim, Williams’ officemate who called me back saying to come by and they would replace it. Again, everything is great I just would’ve appreciated being told so I didn’t have to come back.

It was easy getting an appointment and the service was done in the suggested timeframe. The dealership has great personnel.
