I like the customer service and work, but I feel they have changed things from a year ago for sure. Wait times are much longer, it seems more crowded too, so maybe they’re taking too many appointments each day? It just doesn’t seem to be the same level of attention as everyone is so busy, from my point of view.

My tire pressure light kept coming on and Francine got me in and found a nail in the tire. She had it repaired and I was on my way. She is the absolute best!

I cannot say enough positive things about Nalley Toyota. Every time I go in for my routine oil change, I know my car will be serviced correctly. If there's something wrong, I'm able to discuss it with my service provider: Matt Thomsen. He is the epitome of customer service and always makes sure I have options so that I leave as a satisfied customer! The fact that I live in Snellville, Ga, but service my car at Roswell Toyota says a great deal about the service there and Matt Thomsen!
