Overall, I was satisfied — service was friendly and the work I expected to be done was accomplished. I went with 4 stars instead of 5 because I was told it would take an hour and it was closer to three. Also, my car still had all the plastic and paper inside when I went to drive it home — and no sticker reminder for my next service. Otherwise, fantastic.
