Janey was awesome. She is the BEST. Only issue I had is they said my vehicle would be done by noon. At 1:30 they gave me a loaner.

I was very happy with my service. I came in not wanting to waste any time. I met Titus and told him I wanted to buy a used Highlander and that I didn’t need a sales pitch and I couldn’t be there for more than two hours. We got it done and I am driving my car!

I enjoy visiting your service department. Matt has been a pleasure to interact with and I’m in and out. The waiting area is huge with plenty of seating and work spaces. I appreciate the coffee and water as well. Great experience!

I took my car in for them to check out ny 2016 Toyota Highlander radio. VERY VERY upset cause it has to be replaced?????? Other than that I'm always happy with the service I receive plus the FREE CAR WASH!!!!!!!!

As usual, good greeting by my Service Advisor, Roth. And great job getting me in and out for gravel guard replacement on my 2015 Sienna. Nalley always my first choice!
