All was great except that the technician performed a four-wheel alignment before getting my permission. The service rep showed me that it was truly needed and he discounted the cost of the alignment so I am satisfied.

Very good service person, Jaylen.I was very disappointed, however, that it took 3 hours. I had an appointment at 10 am and arrived 10 minutes early. I didn't leave until 1 pm. This was for a 40,000 mile service and check.
